Challenges with opening a new shop

So I've had my etsy shop open for a few weeks now. I'm very excited to have taken this step in my life. Now I just need to sell something from my shop....

Today I finally was able to fine tune my shop banner. Three frustrating hours later...I gave up using one program and tried the online photo editing program called piknic. I love it. 10 minutes late I had my banner completed and uploaded to my etsy store.
